📅 Raffle Timeline

• April 1: Student fundraising pages go live
• Week of April 14: Paper tickets sent home with students
• April 21: Last day to Buy Tickets online
• April 25: Deadline to return paper tickets to the PTO box
• April 26: 🎉 Winners drawn during the Día del Niño event

🛠 HOW THE RAFFLE WORKS:

Raffle ticket sales for our fundraiser will begin on April 1st. For every $5 donation, the donor will receive one ticket for the raffle. Every ticket sold helps our school community fund exciting programs such as Garden, Dance, Music, and Art.

🍦 BONUS: Classes with 100% participation will get an end-of-year ice cream party!

🎟️ TWO WAYS TO SELL TICKETS:

Paper Tickets:

• Your child will receive a pack of 10 paper tickets
• $5 each ticket, $50 per book
• Fill out all donor details on each stub. You keep the stub and tear off the ticket for the buyer.
• Return the stubs of the tickets you sell, along with the money, in a sealed envelope to the Unidos box in the office by Friday, April 25th.
• Get more tickets from the office to sell!

Online Tickets:

• Each student will receive a fundraising page from 99 Pledges.
• You can also visit https://app.99pledges.com/fund/2025diadelnino and search for your child’s name.
• For each $5 contribution received online, we will enter a raffle ticket into the drawing on behalf of the buyer. All you have to do is share the link!
• Online ticket sales run from April 1 until April 21

📅 Cronograma de la Rifa

• 1 de abril: Páginas de recaudación de fondos para estudiantes están disponibles en línea
• Semana del 14 de abril: Se envían boletos de papel a casa con los estudiantes
• 21 de abril: Último día para Comprar Boletos en Línea
• 25 de abril: Fecha límite para entregar boletos en papel a la caja de Unidos
• 26 de abril: 🎉 Ganadores anunciados durante el evento del Día del Niño

🛠 ¿CÓMO FUNCIONA LA RIFA?

La venta de boletos comenzará el 1 de abril. Por cada donación de $5, el donante recibirá un boleto. Cada boleto vendido ayuda a financiar programas como Jardín, Danza, Música y Arte.

🍦 BONUS: ¡Las clases con 100% de participación recibirán una fiesta de helado al final del año!

🎟️ DOS MANERAS DE VENDER BOLETOS:

Boletos de papel:

• Tu hijo/a recibirá un paquete de 10 boletos
• $5 por boleto, $50 por paquete
• Llena los datos del donante en cada talón. Conserva el talón y entrega el boleto al comprador.
• Devuelve los talones y el dinero en un sobre sellado a la caja de Unidos en la oficina antes del 25 de abril
• ¡Pide más boletos en la oficina!

Boletos en línea:

• Cada estudiante recibirá una página de recaudación en 99 Pledges.
• Visita https://app.99pledges.com/fund/2025diadelnino y busca el nombre de tu hijo/a.
• Por cada donación de $5, se ingresará un boleto en nombre del comprador.
• Las ventas en línea son del 1 al 21 de abril
